I remember seeing a new owner take over this cute shop on the corner of Fitzhugh and Ranch Road 12 in Dripping Springs and wondered what it would be. A few weeks ago they painted their signs and the entire town started getting excited to see what Austin’s fun coffee shop- Lucky Lab Coffee Co– would be like here in Dripping!
Well it opened yesterday while I was at a real estate event and so Josh and I met there first thing this morning to try it! I got an iced raspberry mocha (yum!) and then we split a strawberry hand pie. These hand pies are homemade pop tart treats and they are DELISH!! We highly recommend this cool place to go and grab a coffee or treat and hang out in their beautiful building!
Lucky Lab Coffee, a beloved coffee shop with roots in Austin, has opened its newest location in Dripping Springs at the corner of Fitzhugh Road and Ranch Road 12. This exciting addition to the local coffee scene was popping with locals this week as they opened their business. They make their own latte syrups and have so many really cool flavor combinations!

Lucky Lab Coffee’s journey began as a small idea in Hawaii, grew roots in Charleston, South Carolina, and finally took shape in Austin, Texas. Starting with a humble coffee truck, the company quickly made its mark, serving craft coffee at weddings, festivals, and the University of Texas campus. A pivotal partnership with Urban Outfitters gave Lucky Lab its first brick-and-mortar location, where it flourished in Austin’s West Campus.
Today, Lucky Lab Coffee has five locations in the Austin area, including two on the University of Texas campus.
