I’m so excited to share a new chapter in my real estate journey: I’m officially launching The Lauren Clark Team with Magnolia Realty Austin Hill Country, serving Dripping Springs ISD and Southwest Austin.
For the last several years, I’ve worked almost exclusively within Dripping Springs ISD so I could become a true “knowledge broker” for this community, keeping a close eye on local developments, school boundaries, new construction, and the lifestyle that makes this place so special.
Now, it’s time to serve even more families at a higher level by growing from a solo business into a small, service-obsessed team.
As my business has grown, my goal has always been to offer hands-on, high-touch service, while backing it with data-driven pricing, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation. Basically, white glove 5 star service for anyone who chooses to hire me as their real estate agent in Dripping Springs!
Over the past few years:
- I’ve focused my business almost entirely in Dripping Springs ISD so I can offer deep, hyper-local guidance instead of surface-level knowledge.
- I’ve combined 23 years of marketing and entrepreneurship with real estate to create innovative listing strategies by leveraging video, social media, AI, and standout photography to help my clients win in this wild market.
- I’ve been honored to be recognized as a top-producing agent in Dripping Springs ISD and within Magnolia Realty Austin Hill Country, including awards for production and client reviews.
The natural next step was to build a small, intentional team that could extend this level of care into SW Austin while keeping our roots firmly planted in Dripping Springs.
Meet our Second Agent: Jessica Kosler
I’m thrilled to officially introduce Jessica Kosler as the first agent on The Lauren Clark Team.
Jessica isn’t new to my business, she’s been my transaction coordinator for the last four years, quietly quarterbacking files behind the scenes and making sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. During that time, she’s helped guide over 50 of my contracts from accepted offer to smooth closing.
A few things I love about Jessica:
- She’s a mom, which means she understands family life, school logistics, commute considerations, and how a home really has to function day-to-day.
- She’s a proud UT grad, bringing that Austin connection and energy into her work with buyers and sellers in SW Austin and Dripping Springs.
- She’s detail-oriented and steady under pressure.
- She is incredible caring and kind.
Jessica will be serving clients in Southwest Austin and Dripping Springs, while I continue to focus heavily on Dripping Springs ISD. Together, we’re able to help families who are:

- Relocating into the area and exploring both communities
