I remember going to the Magnolia Silos in Waco for the first time for a new agent training and discussing books by Brene’ Brown (my fave!) and how we can provide the highest level of service to our clients with Magnolia Realty’s CEO. I felt like I was in an inspirational life coaching session, a church service and being at Disney land for middle-aged women all at once! I knew I was in the right place.
Last year Magnolia Realty generously put on a free client event for 2000 clients who have bought or sold homes with us across all of the different offices.
We learned a lot and it was so much fun to be a part of the second one! They shut down the Silos from the public and let in the second year of VIPs from across all of the brokerages.
You could go to the food trucks and get free food, enjoy a tour of the Silos decorated for Christmas, listen to live music, get free coffee and receive a discount at all of the stores for early Christmas shopping.
It was such a fun event and just another reason why I love working for this company.
The weather was so cold and we just barely missed the rain showers that brought the winter weather through. Our team was all bundled up in our new Magnolia Realty jackets and it felt special to be there with all of my teammates and friends.
