For the last 6-9 months I’ve wondered what would go in by the gas station on RR12 by Springlake Drive in Dripping Springs. A few weeks ago a sign went up for FairLane and I went to the website to see that it would be an indoor/outdoor coffee and cocktail place with food trucks! Well it opened this morning and of course we had to check it out!
There were already 30+ people wandering in and ordering and it looks like a cool place to grab a casual bite to eat or drink. It has a fully fenced back area and is great for the whole family and pet friendly!
They’ve got it all – artfully crafted cocktails, freshly brewed coffee, local beers, a curated wine list that’s bougie yet approachable, and guess what? Flavor-packed nosh from a good variety of food trucks. We tried the mocha and americano and it was so nice to have a coffee shop closer to the north side of Dripping Springs!
Everyone here loves to have more places to gather and this place will definitely fill a need!
We tried Teal House Coffee and Bakery for the first time and had the lemon roll (similar to the cinnamon roll!), brisket kolache and strawberry kolache! Yum! It was delish!
Craft beer and wine aficionados, you’re in for a treat. Fair Lane has handpicked the finest local brews and wines that will make your taste buds do a happy dance. Sip on your fave coffee or indulge in a Statesman while you chow down on scrumptious bites from local food trucks like Teal House, Mr. Chingon, and A.T Eatz Burgers.

I love that Dripping has so many casual places to eat and enjoy the outdoors, but also has thoughtful air conditioned spaces for indoor options in the hot summers!
They are open 7 days a week from 7am-10PM (open til 11 PM on weekends)! Go check them out!
