One of my favorite neighborhoods in Dripping Springs is Caliterra.
Just down the road from downtown Dripping on RR12 towards Wimberley, this beautiful master planned neighborhood sits on hundreds of acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country land.
Onion Creek cuts through the middle of the neighborhood and the developers have left a generous amount of land undeveloped (more than 250 acres!) to preserve the beauty of the natural landscape.
When you drive down into the neighborhood it is just so picturesque and feels like luxury ranch living with all of the beautiful century Oaks and over 6 miles of trails.

Homes sizes range from 1,600 sq ft to 4,800 sq ft. with lot sizes ranging from .1 acres to .7 acres.
Current resale homes currently range from $518k-$2.5 million with an average price of $295/sq ft.
