Mid Century Custom Homes makes a house that is pretty darn close to my ultimate dream home! I was delighted to tour their model home in the Caliterra neighborhood in Dripping Springs a few weeks ago and took my camera in with me to show you inside their unique design!
Custom building with Mid Century will cost you between $700-$2 million depending on the lot, floor plan and upgrades and take about 12 months to build.
They are currently building on lots in Calittera and Bunker Ranch in Dripping Springs, Bee Creek on Lake Travis, available lots for sale in Lago Vista and a priority waitlist for other areas in the hill country! They can also build on your own lot (call me to help you find one!).
