Cannon Ranch is Dripping Springs latest neighborhood to begin building and selling homes! The location is perfect for people who want to live near all of the action in Dripping Springs! You can walk to HEB, Founder’s Park and even Mercer Street for all of the festivals and fun.
Cannon Ranch neighborhood is built by Ashton Woods and they are now selling homes on 40 and 45 foot lots with fenced in backyards. The home sizes range from 1466 sq ft to 2904 sq ft and they can build single or two story homes.
Prices begin at $390k and go up to the high $500ks.
The tax rate is 1.68% and the HOA fee is $42/month. There aren’t any amenities in Cannon Ranch, but you can get a pool pass to Founder’s Park or get a YMCA membership to use the pool and amenities there.
Cannon Ranch neighborhood is currently zoned for Dripping Springs Elementary, Dripping Springs Middle School and Dripping Springs High School. There will be a rezoning happening after the 2024-2025 school year and so it will be up to the district to determine which elementary and middle school this neighborhood will be zoned for within Dripping Springs ISD. The new elementary is being built in the Headwaters neighborhood and should open August 2025 and this is what will cause a rezoning for the fall 2025 school year within the district. The neighborhood will remain within DSISD.
