Nectarine in Dripping Springs is set to open tomorrow, January 2nd, from 8-5 PM! I was so excited when I heard that Kate Smith was going to take over the Rootline Coffee shop building in the Tiger Center. She transformed this cafe into an interior designers dream with so much thought and attention to detail to both the space and the menu. I can see locals and travelers alike rushing in to sit a while in this beautiful space and enjoy a healthy and delicious drink!
Nectarine will be offering organic, gluten free, seed oil free food and drink options to Dripping Springs! There is such a need and desire for healthier options and Nectarine is now opening to meet that need and mix a unique blend of beautiful aesthetics with healthy, whole foods.
Nectarine will be opening in several phases. The first phase will offer lattes and coffee, smoothies and acai bowls.
The second phase will bring in gluten free baked goods and the third will have unique and exciting cocktails and dining options.
Want to try a Chagaccino, Coconut Cream Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte or Mocha Rico? Their drink menu will leave you wanting to swing by every day and try one of their hand pulled espresso drinks and more!
They also offer grass-fed butter lattes with collagen, butter coffee, charcoal mint lemonade, Surfs UP smoothie and even a sea moss shot! Don’t forget the Collagen Bone Broth drink as well! If you love delicious, healthy drinks then this is your new favorite spot!
This week they will be open Thursday (Jan 2)- Saturday 8-5 PM and Sunday 8-3PM.
Their normal hours will be Tuesdays-Sundays (Mondays will be closed) from 8-3 PM and they do have a drive thru! This will be the only other spot close to downtown Dripping that offers drive thru coffee other than Starbucks.
They also offer a variety of gluten free and organic snacks for sale and delicious canned drinks.
