I just love meeting new people and learning more about this industry! This morning I spent some time with Jeff Apra with David Weekley homes in Headwaters learning about what makes them unique and what type of homes they build in the area. I learned more about energy efficiency, style and their building process.
David Weekly homes loves the put high ceilings in their floor plans with 10 foot ceilings, it is an open floor plan so that you can see through the entire house when you walk in (you can see into the backyard from the time you walk into the front door) and they go above and beyond with their energy efficiency and client experience.
Headwaters is a master planned community with resort style amenities, 8.5 miles of hiking trails, regularly scheduled community events like movies in the park, themed parties and food truck gatherings and more!
All of the lots in this neighborhood back up to greenbelt or hill country views!
This is definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods in Dripping Springs!
David Weekley is selling homes on 50 ft and 80 ft lots in Headwaters and the price ranges from $600k-$1 million depending on which floor plan and home site you choose. The process to build takes anywhere from 7-10 months depending on the size.
